The present invention relates to a 4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboximidamide derivative containing sulfur groups or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof having inverse agonist activity or antagonistic activity against a cannabinoid CB-1 receptor, a method for preparing same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same.
