The cutting mechanism of the grass eliminator operating a rotary shaft (1) using power of a motor (M) comprises: a driving element (10) installed for a driving force to be delivered to the rotary shaft (1) of the motor (M), and equipped with a gear train (15) to transfer the driving force on both sides cutting cutters (20a, 20b) installed to be connected to the gear train (15) of the driving element (10) respectively, and installed to be rotated by the driving force and a cover (30) closely installed in a lower portion of the cutting cutter (20a) having a curved surface portion (31) to make the cutting cutters (20a, 20b) maintained at a constant angle from the ground (L).
