The present invention relates to a mass-production method of seed potatoes, which comprises a first step of planting seed potato seedling plants in a nutrient solution cultivation bed； a second step of separating first valid stolons before seed potatoes are formed from stolons formed in the seed potato seedling plants； a third step of planting the first valid stolons to the nutrient solution cultivation bed and greening the first valid stolons； a fourth step of separating second valid stolons before seed potatoes are formed from the greened first valid stolons； and a fifth step of harvesting seed potatoes from the first and second valid stolons.
