Accordingly, a precise surgery can be performed by smoothly moving without vibration when moving the surgery tool forward and backward, and by automatically rotating with a constant force.본 발명은 척추수술용 보조로봇에 관한 것으로, 수술도구가 관통 결합되는 회전체가 구비되는 수술도구지지대； 상기 수술도구지지대 일측에 설치되는 손잡이； 상기 회전체를 회전시키는 구동부재； 및 상기 수술도구지지대 타측에 설치되어 상기 수술도구(T)를 전·후진 동작시키는 리니어가이드를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따라, 수술도구가 전·후 이동할 시 진동 없이 부드럽게 이동할 수 있고, 일정한 힘으로 자동 회전시킬 수 있어 정교한 수술이 가능하다.
