The present invention provides an oxidation hair dye which comprises a first agent containing an alkaline agent and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent, said first and second agents being to be mixed together, characterized by, immediately after mixing the first agent with the second agent, said oxidation hair dye containing a bicontinuous microemulsion phase or a lamellar liquid crystal phase. The purpose of the present invention is to acquire an oxidation hair dye, which can exert a good dyeing effect on both damaged hair (hair chemically damaged by the use of hair dyes, perming agents, etc. and hair mechanically damaged by friction, etc.) and non-damaged healthy hair, by using a base agent that contains a bicontinuous microemulsion phase or a lamellar liquid crystal phase.본 발명은 알칼리제를 포함한 제 1제와 산화제를 포함한 제 2제를 혼합하는 산화 염모제에있어서 상기 제 1제와 제 2제를 혼합한 직후에 바이콘티뉴어스 마이크로에멀젼상 또는 라멜라 액정상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 염모제를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은, 기제에 바이콘티뉴어스 마이크로에멀젼상 또는 라멜라 액정상을 함유시키는 것에 의하여손상을 입은 모발(염모제, 파마제 등의 화학적인 손상, 마찰등의 물리적인 손상을 입은 모발)과 손상을 입지 않은 정상 모발의 양쪽 모두에 대해 염색성이 양호한 산화 염모제를 얻는 것이다.
