A transcatheter dilatable valve tube prosthesis is provided including a tubular member capable of plastic deformation from a first dimension to a second dimension； a valve component having a plurality of leaflets. The valve component is capable of expansion from the first dimension to the second dimension, and the valve component is secured to an interior portion of the tubular member by an elastomeric glue at two circumferential portions defining an annular cavity therein. An expandable stent is positioned in the annular cavity between the valve component and the tubular member.L'invention concerne une prothèse transcathéter à tube à valve dilatable comprenant un élément tubulaire susceptible de déformation plastique pour passer d'une première dimension à une seconde dimension ； un composant valve comportant une pluralité de feuillets. Le composant valve peut se dilater pour passer de la première dimension à la seconde dimension, et le composant valve est fixé à une partie interne de l'élément tubulaire par une colle élastomère au niveau de deux parties circonférentielles délimitant une cavité annulaire à l'intérieur. Un stent extensible est positionné dans la cavité annulaire entre le composant valve et l'élément tubulaire.
