PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indwelling clip which facilitates a treatment such as hemostasis.SOLUTION: An indwelling clip includes: a pair of arm plate parts 21 a connecting plate part 22 for connecting proximal end parts of the arm plate parts 21 a fastening ring 24 slidably attached to the connecting plate part 22 and a pawl part 23 provided on each of distal end parts of the arm plate parts so as to correspond to each other.
