Absorbent articles comprising a polyolefin film are provided. The polyolefin film is formed by a thermoplastic composition containing a continuous phase comprising a polyolefin matrix polymer and a nano-included additive. Nano-included additives are dispersed within the continuous phase as discrete nanoscale phase regions. When stretched, the nanoscale phase region can interact with the matrix in a unique way to create a network of nanopores.
