PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food supply system using aquagas for agricultural products.
SOLUTION: The food supply system using aquagas for agricultural products and a method for processing the agricultural products using aquagas comprises the following process: subjecting agricultural products to slightly invasive heating treatment using aquagas so as to inhibit the agricultural products from being reduced in vitamin C and/or increased in sugar, and improve yield to give the following superiority to food material: high yield, high quality retention of seasonal food, improvement in sensuality, improvement in convenience, long-term cold storage property and preservation stability and cooling and/or transforming the agricultural products. The system and the method enable supply of the agricultural products as food materials given such superiority as high yield, high quality retention of seasonal food, improvement in sensuality, improvement in convenience, long-term cold storage property and its preservation stability.
