The combined tillage unit includes a frame, a device for connecting to a tractor, adjustment mechanisms, support wheels, working bodies containing a rack and a flat-cutting leg, disk sections. Disk sections are installed in front of the working bodies. Each disk section contains a frame, an axis and spherical disks, and the disk sections are mounted at an angle to the direction of movement of the tillage unit. Behind the working bodies, a tillage mill is installed, containing a shaft, flange mounts, L-shaped knives and the drive of the tillage mill. Behind the tillage cutter, a roller attachment is installed, containing grinding and rolling rollers, a frame, a rod with a spring, horizontal axes located perpendicular to the direction of movement. The grinding roller contains side and intermediate disks mounted on the horizontal axis at regular intervals in the horizontal plane. Around the circumference of the side and intermediate disks of the grinding roller with equal angular pitch, two-sided pointed strips are installed and the pointed edges are directed in different directions from the geometric axis of rotation of the grinding roller. The packer roller contains side discs on which a hollow cylinder is mounted.
