The present invention provides a shrimp culture method by using single bacterial strain, which mainly uses single lactic acid bacterial strain without containing virus as a raw material to prepare a single biological product. The single biological product is thrown into shrimp culture pool, and the shrimps are soaked in an appropriate dose of said single biological product when they are in transportation or before they are put into shrimp pool. Owing to belonging to the gram-positive bacterium, said bacterial strain can inhibit poisonous bacterial strains in the water, improve the equilibration of microorganism in the water, inhibit the growth of noxious microorganism in water so as to enhance shrimp immunity and increase disease resistance and survival rate of shrimp. Therefore, shrimp culture pool does not need to be sterilized before culture and during culture period. Moreover, no medicine is required to use during the culture period. Thereby, this invention can achieve the requirement of organic culture.本發明係提供一種單一菌株養蝦法,主要是使用無病毒單一菌株之乳酸菌為原料,以該單一生物製劑投入養蝦池內,並於蝦苗運送時或放入蝦池前亦給予適量之上述單一生物製劑浸泡,因為此菌株屬革蘭陽性菌,對水中的病毒菌株均有抑制之效果,可改善池水的微生物平衡,也能抑制水中有害微生物的成長,並提高蝦子本身的免疫機能,增加蝦子的抗病力及存活率,故於養殖前及養殖中均不必消毒養蝦池,且養殖過程亦不必使用任何藥物,達符合有機養殖的要求。
