PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expiration determination device for quantitatively measuring a users required expiration force to display an objective measurement result.SOLUTION: An expiration determination device 2 comprises: a breathing unit 25 into which expiration air is breathed by a user holding the unit in the users mouth and a determination device body unit 21 that measures pressure of the users expiration to determine back expiration appropriate to the user. The expiration determination device is used by being attached to a back-expiration unit 3 comprising an expansion/contraction body 31 capable of being deformed in a cylindrical shape by the user breathing expiration air into the body. When expiration air is breathed, a level depending on the users expiration pressure is determined and a result of the determination is displayed on a display unit 27 provided on the determination device body unit 21.
