PURPOSE: A composition containing hemp fiber is provided to protect the skin and to be used for UV protector or antiaging. CONSTITUTION: A composition for blocking UV ray and/or controlling oily skin contains hemp, sebum absorbing material, and secondary sebum control activator. The hemp fiber is contained in 0.5-20% based on total composition. The sebum absorbing material is selected from the group consisting of clay, talcum, silica, starch, and polymeric absorbing agent. The secondary sebum control activator contains vitamin B3 compound, tocopherol nicotinate, and pyridoxine.본 발명은 대마섬유를 포함하는 자외선 차단, 피부노화 방지 및/또는 지성피부 조절용 조성물, 바람직하게는 국소용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
