PURPOSE: A reflected light detecting type device for measuring the fluorescence of skin is provided to facilitate the diagnosis of diabetic diseases by evaluating self-fluorescence of skin.CONSTITUTION: A reflected light detecting type device for measuring the fluorescence of skin includes a first light source (111), a second light source (112), a first light detecting device (121), a second light detecting device (122), a light source switching control unit, and a production unit. The first and second light sources radiate lights of different wavelengths. The first and second light detecting devices detects two different wavelengths in respect to fluorescence signals and reflected light signals. The light source switching control unit controls on-off actions of the first and second light sources. The production unit produces skin corrected fluorescence signals by using the fluorescence signals and the reflected light signals detected by the first and second light detecting devices. The second light source radiates light of a wavelength of the skin fluorescence excited by the excitation lights and emitted from the first light source.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 피부에 축적된 최종당화산물(Advanced Glycation End products, AGE) 등으로부터의 피부의 자가형광을 측정함으로써 당뇨 등과 같은 다양한 질환들에 대한 평가를 수행할 수 있도록 피부 자가 형광을 측정할 수 있는 형광 측정 장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 본 발명에서는 피부로부터 최종당화산물(AGE) 형광을 측정함에 있어서, 조사광의 피부 표면에서의 반사광, 그리고 피부 안에서 발생하는 광의 산란 및 흡수로 인한 피부 형광의 측정 오차를 간단하게 보정할 수 있는 반사광 검출형 피부 형광 측정 장치를 제공하고자 한다.본 발명에서는 표준시편 또는 측정 대상에 대하여 광조사 및 광검출 가능하도록 구성되며, 여기광을 조사하는 제1광원 상기 제1광원과 서로 다른 파장의 광을 조사하는 제2광원 형광 신호 및 반사광 신호에 대한 서로 다른 두 개의 파장을 검출하도록 설치되는 제1광검출기 및 제2광검출기 상기 제1광원 및 제2광원의 온/오프를 제어하는 광원 스위칭 제어부 상기 제1광검출기 및 제2광검출기로부터 검출된 형광 신호 및 반사광 신호로부터 보정된 피부 형광 신호를 산출하는 연산부를 포함하며, 상기 제2광원은 상기 제1광원으로부터의 여기광에 의하여 여기되어 방출되는 피부 형광의 파장대의 광을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사광 검출형 피부 형광 측정 장치를 제공한다.
