PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp antiperspirant composition for suppressing the odor of the scalp while suppressing the sweat generated from the scalp and suppressing the effect on the balance of skin-resident bacteria of the scalp. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and (B) an antiperspirant component.
