PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement capable of preventing breakage caused by deflection of an elastic plate.SOLUTION: An agricultural implement 11 includes a machine body 12 connected to a running car. The machine body 12 is provided with a tillage body and a ground leveling body 31. An upper part of the tillage body is covered with an elastically-deformable elastic plate 41. A plurality of support members 42 which are longitudinal in the cross direction for supporting the elastic plate 41 from the lower side are mounted on the machine body 12.
