PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for improving activities of daily living (ADL) that can be safely ingested, and a food and drink containing the agent.SOLUTION: An active ingredient of an ADL improvement agent is a Citrus depressa HAYATA extract, preferably a water and/or organic solvent extract of fruits or leaves of Citrus depressa HAYATA, or a supercritical or subcritical extract of fruits or leaves of Citrus depressa HAYATA.
