The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a stencil of an adsorbent pad for a disease diagnosis kit by drying aqueous solution of a silicone type higher fatty acid ester compound after spraying and impregnating the aqueous solution to a front surface of the stencil of the adsorbent pad in order to improve hygroscopicity after pressing and drying a double-layered stencil obtained by using a pulp in which water soluble resin solution improving tensile strength and wet strength is mixed with a raw material mixed with a polyester fiber and a bleaching craft pulp (BKP) having excellent tensile strength. The method includes a first step of beating the raw material mixed with 70 weight% of BKP and 30 weight% of polyester fiber at more than 30SR and manufacturing a stencil of &prime；70 g/m^2×；2=140 g/m^2&prime； by pulping the beaten raw material in a double-layered method by using a pulp in which 3-4 weight% of epoxy resin solution is mixed with the beaten raw material and a second step of spraying and impregnating 15 weight% of aqueous solution of the silicone type higher fatty acid ester compound to the front surface of the stencil with a spray having 15 bar of spray pressure and then pressing and dehydrating the aqueous solution.본 발명은 고해처리한 우수한 인장강도를 갖는 '탈색크라프트펄프(BKP)와 폴리에스테르 섬유(polyester fiber)가 배합된 원료'에 습윤강도 및 인장강도를 가일층 향상시킬 수 있는 수용성 수지용액을 혼합한 초조액을 사용 2겹으로 초지하여 원지를 얻고 2겹으로 된 원지를 압착건조 후 흡습성을 향상시키기 위하여 실리콘계 고급지방산 에스테르 화합물의 수용액을 합지패드 원지 전면에 스프레이하여 함침시킨 다음 건조하여 질병 진단키트용 흡습패드 원지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로,70중량%의 탈색크라프트펄프와 30중량%의 폴리에스테르 섬유가 배합된 원료를 30SR이상으로 고해처리하고 상기 고해처리된 원료에 대하여 3~4중량%의 에폭시수지 수용액을 상기 고해처리된 원료에 혼합한 초조액을 사용하여 2겹 방식으로 초지해서 '70g/㎡×2=140g/㎡' 원지를 제조하는 1단계 공정, 및합지원지 전면에 실리콘계 고급지방산 에트테르화합물 15중량%의 수용액을 분사압 15bar의 스프레이로 분사 함침시킨 후 가압탈수건조시키는 2단계 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
