PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that can prevent the breakage of a planting rotary and a planting clutch due to an overload, even if the planting clutch is not cut by any chance in the reverse travel of a machine body.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine is provided with a transmission case 12 in which a traveling transmission system A and a seedling planting transmission system B for transmitting the power from an engine 20 to running wheels 10 and 11 and a seedling planting unit 4, respectively, are included inside, respectively.
