PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible stretcher capable of being folded into a compact size.SOLUTION: The stretcher has a recumbent body 1 where a person in need for rescue is lied on his/her back, and a frame body 2 for surrounding the recumbent body 1 for supporting the recumbent body 1. The recumbent body 1 and the frame body 2 can be folded along a width directional line. The recumbent body 1 and the frame body 2 are respectively divided into a front portion 21 on which the region around the head of the person in need for rescue is put, a middle portion 22 on which the region around the hips of the person in need for rescue is put, and a rear portion 23 on which the region around the legs of the person in need for rescue is put. The front portion 21 of the recumbent body 1 and the frame body 2 is folded to the upper surface side of the middle portion 22. The rear portion 23 of the recumbent body 1 and the frame body 2 is folded to the lower surface side of the middle portion 22.
