Moreover, the controller is configured to supply the heart pump with electrical power by way of a first of the wires. Furthermore, the controller and the heart pump each comprise a coupling interface. Here, electrical signals for transferring data between the controller and the heart pump are able to be coupled into the first wire or able to be coupled out of the first wire by way of these coupling interfaces.
