FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to biodegradable endovascular stent with shape memory, which can be installed without using an expanding balloon or other dilating agents, and methods for making them. Biodegradable self-expanding stent made of a polymer in which the strata form a closed-cell structure and the ratio of the internal diameter of the stent in the state before crimping and after crimping ranges from 3 to 5. Method of producing a biodegradable self-expanding stent involves the following steps: extruding a tube from a polymer material; annealing extruded polymer tube; performing extruded polymer tube laser cutting to produce a stent blank, in which the strata form a closed-cell structure; stent blank is heated to temperature higher than glass transition temperature of polymer material and sharp reduction uniformly along the entire outer surface with subsequent rapid cooling so that the ratio of the internal diameter of the stent in the state before and after reduction is from 3 to 5; placing the cooled stent on/into the delivery device; performing packing, marking and sterilization.EFFECT: technical result achieved by the declared group of inventions is enabling production of a range of biodegradable stents of different size with shape memory and improved ratio of mechanical, biochemical and process characteristics, design and manufacturing technology of which are suitable for batch production.22 cl, 26 dwgГруппа изобретений относится к области медицинской техники, а именно к биоразлагаемым эндоваскулярным стентам с памятью формы, которые могут быть установлены без применения расширяющего баллона или иных расширяющих средств, и способам их изготовления.
