The invention relates to a dressing essentially comprising: a non-woven absorbent compress formed by a mixture of (i) thermobonding, non-absorbent, bicomponent fibres of the core/shell type, the core being polyester (polyethylene terephthalate PET) and the shell being polyethylene bicomponent superabsorbent fibres of the core/shell type with a polyacrylonitrile core and a polyacrylate shell and a mesh made from a hydrocolloid elastomer mass, partially covering the compress surface intended to be placed in contact with the wound. The product is particularly suitable for promoting the cicatrization of chronic wounds, with optimised cleaning.La présente invention a pour objet un pansement essentiellement constitué - dune compresse non tissée absorbante formée dun mélange : - de fibres non absorbantes thermoliantes bicomposants, du type cceur/écorce, ledit cœur étant en polyester (polyéthylène téréphtalate PET) et lécorce étant en polyéthylène - de fibres superabsorbantes bicomposants de type cœur/écorce avec un cœur en polyacrylonitrile et une écorce en polyacrylate et - dun filet fait dune masse élastomère hydrocolloïde recouvrant partiellement la face de la compresse destinée à venir en contact avec la plaie. Ce produit est notamment destiné à favoriser la cicatrisation des plaies chroniques en optimisant la détersion.
