PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube that properly observes the inside of a specimen by means of an insertion part of an endoscope device even if the inside has a complex shape and high temperature environment, and to provide an endoscope system.
SOLUTION: The endoscope guide tube 20 includes: a guide body 22, which has a substantially tubular shape for receiving at least the inserted leading end of the insertion part 3 of the endoscope 2, and which forms a cooling passage 21 between the peripheral face of the insertion part 3 and itself and a fluid supply means for distributing the cooling fluid A to the cooling passage 21. The guide body 22 has a first sheath 25 having at least one curved portion 25a and disposed such that the direction of its leading end is different from the direction of its basal end and a second sheath 26 projecting from the leading end of the first sheath 25 and able to be advanced or retracted.
