The present invention relates to a method for determining a location of a acupuncture point and depth of a magnetic needle using a three dimensional imaging system, comprising the steps of: collecting three dimensional image data on all or portions of a human body by using the three dimensional imaging system (S100)； processing the collected three dimensional image data into two dimensional image sets to reconstitute into a skeletal surface and a skin surface in three dimension (S200)； designating three dimensional coordinates on the reconstituted skin surface to determine a reference point and determining other acupuncture points from the reference point (S300)； and displaying the determined reference point and other acupuncture points (S400).본 발명은 3차원 영상 촬영 장치를 이용한 경혈 위치 및 자침 깊이 결정 방법으로서, 3차원 영상 촬영 장치를 이용하여 인체의 전신이나 부분 영역에 대한 3차원 영상자료를 확보하는 단계(S100)와, 획득된 3차원 영상자료를 2차원 영상의 모임으로 영상처리하여 뼈의 골격 표면과 피부 표면을 3차원으로 재구성하는 단계(S200)와, 재구성된 피부 표면에 3차원 좌표를 지정하여 기준점을 결정하고, 상기 기준점으로 다른 경혈점을 결정하는 단계(S300) 및 결정된 기준점과 다른 경혈점을 표시하는 단계(S400)를 포함한다.
