The present invention relates to a moving chair for the disabled. According to the present invention, a disabled person can use the single chair conveniently both indoors and outdoors, and provide comfort to the disabled. The present invention includes: a chair main body where a main body wheel and a coupling protrusion are disposed below, and a lower moving member having a lower moving wheel for outdoor usage of the chair main body is coupled with a lower portion of the chair main body. The chair main body and the lower moving member are fixated using a fixating pin； thus the chair main body and the lower moving member are not separated from each other, ensuring safety. Also, the box, foldable table, and controller formed on the armrest of the chair main body are used to store necessities, simple eating, and a listening sound source for an MP3.
