More particularly, the present invention relates to providing a system and method using brainwave patterns to authenticate and authorize a user for secured cloud computing and other technical devices. In an embodiment of the proposed invention brainwaves are used on one platform to protect the technological devices. The brain in this context produces high energy gamma and beta waves that are distinct and follow unique pattern for each human during thinking or making some definitive thought and the same are proposed to be further used to protect trusted personal devices and data. In still another embodiment of the present invention, a qualitative and a quantitative method of using brainwave pattern as authentication means is proposed.
