PURPOSE: A composition containing a culture medium for stem cells, which is treated with TNF-alpha is provided to promote skin regeneration without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for wound healing contains stem cell culture liquid treated with TNF-alpha as an active ingredient. The stem cells are derived from adipose, bone marrow, peripheral blood, or umbilical cord blood of vertebrate. TNF-alpha is treated in a concentration of 0.01-1000 ng/ml for 1-4 days. A method for preparing the composition comprises a step of removing serum from the stem cell before TNF-alpha treatment.본 발명은 창상 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 종양괴사인자-알파 (tumor necrosis factor-alpha, 이하 TNF-alpha)로 처리된 줄기세포의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 창상 개선 또는 치료용 조성물로서, 상기 조성물의 배양액은 창상 동물모델에서 상피조직의 재생, 혈관신생의 촉진, 면역세포의 침윤 촉진 등을 통해 피부상처의 재생을 촉진하는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 부작용이 없고 저렴한 비용으로 제공가능하므로 이를 창상 개선 또는 치료용 약학 조성물로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
