According to an embodiment of the present invention, the length-measuring tool for medical treatment comprises: a body which includes a handle unit, and a scale mark unit extended from a front end of the handle unit in a first direction and having a groove unit inside, whose one side surface is opened and a scale marked along the groove unit； a hollow fixing bar fixated on the body to be long extended in the first direction, having a penetrating hole formed inside to be connected to the groove unit； a moving piece placed inside the groove unit of the scale mark unit to be slidable and movable inside the groove unit in the first direction by an external operation； and a measuring pin whose one end is fixated on the moving piece to be integrally slid and moved with the moving piece, being long extended in the first direction along the penetrating hole of the fixing bar, and whose the other end penetrates the penetrating hole to protrude forward. On a front end of the fixing bar, a tip for marking a position is formed. On a front end of the measuring pin, a fixing hanger is formed.
