The present invention relates to an unmanned pest control system having an automatic washing function, comprising: at least two pest control lines composed of a pipe through which a pest control chemical flows, a plurality of spray nozzles which are formed on the pipe to spray the pest control chemical flowing through the pipe, and an opening and closing valve which is formed on the pipe to determine the introduction of the pest control chemical to the pipe； a pump forcibly flowing the pest control chemical or water to the pest control lines； and a controller controlling the opening or closing of the opening and closing valve in the pest control line. In addition, the unmanned pest control system further includes a first check valve forming an outlet by opening one end of the pipe in the pest control line and formed at one end of the pipe in order to open or close the outlet. Thus, the unmanned pest control system having an automatic washing function forms high pressure inside the pipe in the pest control line and sprays the pest control chemical flowing through the pipe by the spray nozzles in a method of closing the first check valve at one end of the pipe when the spray of the pest control chemical is required； and conveniently washes the pest control line by forming low pressure inside the pipe and opening the first check valve at one end of the pipe in order to discharge the water flowing in the pipe through the outlet of the pipe when washing by the water is required.
