PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable case that can facilitate the proper securement of an administration interval of a medicine.SOLUTION: A portable case including a storage holding part 5 for storing and holding a medicine supply implement 4 includes: detection means 8 for detecting start operation that is one of a change from a closed state to an open state and take-out of the medicine supply implement from the storage holding part, and end operation that is one of a change from the open state to the closed state and setting of the medicine supply implement to the storage holding part and a control part. If the detection means does not detect end operation within a prescribed time after the detection means detects start operation, but thereafter detects the end operation, the control part starts clocking with the detection of the end operation as a trigger and displays an elapsed time on a display. If the detection means does not detect the end operation within a prescribed time after the detection of the start operation by the detection means after the clocking start, the control part restarts the clocking from a state that a clocking result is reset with the subsequent detection of the end operation by the detection means as a trigger.
