The present invention relates to a mixing device for carbonated water production capable of dissolving carbon dioxide in water to produce carbonated water. The objective of the present invention is to highly and constantly maintain a dissolved rate of bubbles and the carbon dioxide. According to the present invention, the mixing device for carbonated water production comprises a first cylindrical body (10) and a second cylindrical body (20). In a state where a cylindrical mixing part (21) of the second cylindrical body (20) is fitted in a hollow part (11) of the first cylindrical body (10), a second spiral coupling part (26) formed in a middle of an outer circumference of the second cylindrical body (20) is coupled to a first spiral coupling part (16) formed on one end of the first cylindrical body (10) to form a passage (15) between a circumference of the hollow part (11) and the cylindrical mixing part (21). A throttling part (13) is formed on the hollow part (11) of the first cylindrical body (10) such that the hollow part (11) can be divided into a water inlet (12) and a first mixing space part (14) by the throttling part (13). The first mixing space part (14) is arranged between the throttling part (13) and the cylindrical mixing part (21) of the second cylindrical body (20). A carbon dioxide supply hole (17) formed on an outer circumference of the first cylindrical body (10) is bored into the first mixing space part (14). A hollow groove (22) is formed at the center of the second cylindrical body (20). A conical groove (24) is formed on a front shield (23) of the cylindrical mixing part (21) while the hollow groove (22) is closed by the front shield (23) in a front end of the cylindrical mixing part (21).
