A method of manufacturing a filling candy comprising the steps of: a) obtaining at least one mass of a cooked caramel composition; b) forming a hollow bundle from the cooked caramel composition; c) filling the bundle cavity with a solid edible composition containing particles of a chocolate core; d ) if necessary, cutting the bundle into pieces of the desired weight; e) inserting the sticks into the bundle or into its pieces through the caramel region and at least partially into the filling region; f) stamping the bundle or its pieces into candy formations a chocolate-burning region surrounded by an external caramel region; g) cooling candies. 2.
