PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel seat which can be easily gripped, and in which hands are hardly subjected to any pressure force by making its connection with a grip cap satisfactory by adding any device to the shapes of the lateral sections of the top side placing surface and the root side placing surface.SOLUTION: A right and left top side tilt concave input planes 2e are formed at both the lateral positions of a top side placing surface 2A on which the top side foot section of a reel is placed, and a right and left root side tilt concave input planes are formed at both the lateral positions of a root side placing surface 2B on which the root side foot section of the reel is placed. In such a state that a rubber grip 6 is mounted on a seat base 2, the formation process is carried out so that the top side placing surface 2A and the root side placing surface 2B and a placing surface section 6c positioned between the top side placing surface 2A and the root side placing surface 2B at the rubber grip 6 can be set flush, and that the top side tilt concave input plane 2e and the root side tilt concave input plane 2f and an intermediate tilt concave input plane section 6d positioned between the top side tilt concave input plane 2e and the root side tilt concave input plane 2f in the rubber grip 6 can be set flush.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】先側載置面、及び、元側載置面の横側方部分の形状に工夫を加えることによって、グリップ被覆体との繋がりを良くし、握り易く手が圧迫力を受け難いリールシートを提供する。【解決手段】リールの先側足部を載置する先側載置面2Aの両横側方位置に左右の先側傾斜凹入面2eを形成し、リールの元側足部を載置する元側載置面2Bの両横側方位置に左右の元側傾斜凹入面を形成する。シートベース2にゴムグリップ6を装着した状態で、先側載置面2A及び元側載置面2Bと、ゴムグリップ6における先側載置面2Aと元側載置面2Bとの間に位置する載置面部6cとが面一状態となるように、かつ、先側傾斜凹入面2e及び元側傾斜凹入面2fと、ゴムグリップ6における先側傾斜凹入面2eと元側傾斜凹入面2fとの間に位置する中間傾斜凹入面部6dとが面一状態となるように形成する。【選択図】図4
