PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger posture controller capable of changing the inclination of a seat without giving a feeling as if a head is largely rocked to an occupant seated on a seat.SOLUTION: An electric wheelchair 1 includes a seat 20 supported on a vehicle body 10 by a passenger posture controller 30. The seat 20 is rotatably supported within a vertical plane and a rotational center C of the seat 20 exists above a seating face thereof.
