PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit relevant information relating to medical images as securing a display size of the medical image in a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: When a client terminal accessing a medical image management device is a mobile terminal (in a step S24； the mobile terminal), the mobile terminal is configured to: select a mobile terminal layout (in a step S25)； assign a medical image of a display object to the selected mobile terminal layout (in a step S27)； then, acquire relevant information relating to the medical image (in a step S28)； and cause the relevant information to be displayed through scrolling in a prescribed area of a medical image display screen (in a step S29).
