PURPOSE: A composition for the regeneration of skin comprising a fibroblast growth factor (FGF) is provided to increase the expression level of an FGF9 by coating skin with a carbon enhancer and irradiating the skin with a laser of a predetermined wavelength. CONSTITUTION: A composition for the regeneration of skin includes an FGF as an effective component to be applied to skin which is pre-treated with a carbon enhancer and is treated with laser. The wavelength of the laser is in a range of 800-1200nm. The laser is treated by a Q-switched Nd:YAG mode. The composition thickens the thickness of integument and dermis. The FGF is an FGF9.본 발명은 카본 인핸서를 전처리하고 레이저 처리된 피부에 도포하기 위한 FGF를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 재생용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 피부에 카본 인핸서를 도포한 후 특정 파장의 레이저를 처리하면 FGF9의 발현 정도가 증가하여, 진피 및 외피의 두께가 두꺼워져서 피부 재생에 효과가 있다.
