The present invention, which is derived by a research result for solving a problem of indifferently handling intake of dried radish made by processing onion and radish, relates to a method for manufacturing dried radish with juice of onion with various nutrients, which washes a whole onion, finely cuts skin and root of the onion, and acquires raw onion juice of good quality by using an extractor. Moreover, radish is cleaned and cut in a rectangular shape with a size of 1x3 to 10 cm. The onion juice is uniformly added to the cut radish in a method using a spray type atomizer, and is dried by natural drying in a natural place or by using a drier. The dried radish, which is uniformly coated by onion juice made of onion with various nutrients and is cut by a uniform specification, is appropriately fried in cooking oil, thereby providing an opportunity of conveniently taking food processed as fried snack to maintain national health due to balanced nutrition intake and largely contribute to development in food culture. In addition, instead of separately buying onion and radish, the fried dried radish snack with onion juice can be conveniently taken. Moreover, consumption of onion and radish, which are an agricultural product, is increased, thereby increasing income of a farmer who cultivates the onion and the radish.
