PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weeding tool suitable for removing weeds growing around roots of plants, flowers, crops and the like. SOLUTION: A weeding tool 1 is formed by bending a single wire rod made of a wire-like elastic metal having a diameter of about 3 mm to form a first U-shaped grass hooking portion 10 and a second U-shaped grass hooking portion. The part 20 and the grip part 30 are configured as main parts. The first U-shaped grass hooking portion 10 gradually widens from the top to the side toward the opening side tip. It is possible to remove the weeds from the root by hooking the root of the weed Z to be removed inside the vicinity of the U-shaped top by inserting the first U-shaped grass hooking portion 10 into the soil.
