PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid atomizing device and a sauna device using the same, in which piping construction for discharging a liquid that fails to be atomized is eliminated, thus simplifying the construction work as a whole.SOLUTION: The liquid atomizing device includes: a heat exchanger 7 and a fan motor 8 which are provided in an air duct for connection between a suction port 4 and an exhaust opening 5 a liquid atomizing unit 9 provided between the fan motor 8 and the exhaust opening 5 and a controller for controlling the liquid atomizing unit, the heat exchanger 7 and the fan motor 8. The liquid atomizing unit 9 includes a rotation unit 13 which is provided with: a rotating shaft 19 and an inverted cone-shaped lifting pipe 22 integrally formed, in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 19, with a plurality of rotating plates 20a, 20b, 20c configured to rotate about the center of the rotating shaft 19. The controller is provided with a control unit for controlling the supply of water to the rotating unit 13, and the operation of the rotating unit 13, the heat exchanger 7 and the fan motor 8.
