An agricultural harvester (10) has a chassis (12), a non-steerable driving front axle (80) and a rear steering axle (82) with a steering mechanism (84, 92) attached to the chassis (12). A steerable weight transfer axle (120) has a rear steering axle to weight transfer axle linkage assembly (98) linking the steerable weight transfer axle (120) to the steering mechanism (84, 92) of the rear steering axle (82). The linkage assembly (98) operates to steer the steerable weight transfer axle (120) in coordination with the rear steering axle (82). The linkage assembly (98) has a rear steer axle pivot arm (100) pivotally connected to the rear steering axle (82) and linked to the steering mechanism (84, 92) of the rear steering axle (82), and a reversing pivot (104) linked to the rear steer axle pivot arm (100) and to the steerable weight transfer axle (120).
