A left atrial appendage occluder (100, 101, 102) comprises a sealing plate (11), a fixing plate (12) at one side of the sealing plate (11), and a connection member (21, 23, 22) connecting the sealing plate (11) and the fixing plate (12). The connection member (21, 23, 22) is a silk woven structure. A radial deformability of the sealing plate (11) is greater than a radial deformability of the fixing plate (12), and/or an axial deformability of the sealing plate (11) is greater than an axial deformability of the fixing plate (12). In the left atrial appendage occluder (100, 101, 102), the fixing plate (12) and the sealing plate (11) are connected via the connection member (21, 23, 22) of the silk woven structure, such that a distance between the fixing plate (12) and the sealing plate (11) and an angle formed thereby are both adjustable to adapt to a left atrial appendage (02) having a large bending angle (such as a chicken-wing shape) or requiring the fixing plate (12) to remain at an increased distance to the sealing plate (11) (such as a conical shape), thereby reducing the risk of failed occlusion of the left atrial appendage (02). In addition, the adjustable distance between the fixing plate (12) and the sealing plate (11) enables the fixing plate (12) to be positioned at a deeper portion of the left atrial appendage (02), thereby improving the fixing stability of the occluder (100, 101, 102), and reducing the risk of device embolization.
