PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slowly releasing implement for chlorine dioxide gas which has no possibility of leaking a liquid containing chlorine dioxide and can make generation of chlorine dioxide gas maintain simply.SOLUTION: The slowly releasing implement for the chlorine dioxide gas characterized in that a water solution bag (5), being a bag in which a chlorine dioxide water solution or a chlorite water solution is filled and sealed and which can be broken by an external pressure applied through a flexible member (3), and a gelling agent (6) are stored in a closed container (4) constituted of a rigid member (2) provided with opening parts (1) for discharging the chlorine dioxide gas and the flexible member (3), is used. It is preferable that the opening parts (1) for discharging the chlorine dioxide gas are closed by a gas permeable film (7), so that the chlorine dioxide water solution or the chlorite water solution does not leak.
