The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly uniform and appropriately air-permeable agricultural covering material, which sustains a high light transmittance so as to promote crop growth and enable a cultivator to visually monitor the inside thereof, allows the maintenance of soil temperature and thus exerts a good growth promotion effect, can prevent the excessive invasion of rainwater, shows no irregularity in strength and has good performance of preventing entry of harmful insects.
