摘要：: Compounds that modulate the conversion of AMP to adenosine by 5'-nucleotidase, ecto, and compositions containing the compounds and methods for synthesizing the compounds, are described herein. The use of such compounds and compositions for the treatment and/or prevention of a diverse array of diseases, disorders and conditions, including cancer- and immune-related disorders, that are mediated by 5'-nucleotidase, ecto is also provided.本發明描述藉由胞外5'-核苷酸酶調節AMP至腺核苷之轉化的化合物，及含有該等化合物之組合物以及用於合成該等化合物之方法。本發明亦提供此類化合物及組合物用於治療及/或預防由胞外5'-核苷酸酶介導之包括癌症及免疫相關病症的一系列不同疾病、病症及病狀之用途。
