The roller includes a tubular frame, raised rolling bands, and a plurality of massaging protuberances, wherein the height of the bands is at least the height of the protuberances. The bands and protuberances may be flexible and pliable, and made from rubber, silicone, neoprene or foam. A removable cap may be provided.
