The endoscopic assembly (300) is configured to support a plurality of anchors (100) at least partially therein. The follower assembly (600, 700) is disposed at least partially within the inner tube (320) at a location proximal of the plurality of anchors (100), and includes a head (620) and a shaft (610). A portion of the head (620) is disposed between the pair of opposed tines (320bi). Actuation of the endoscopic surgical device causes rotation of the inner tube (320) about the longitudinal axis relative to the handle housing (212), and causes distal advancement of the follower assembly (600, 700) relative to the inner tube (320).
