- 本发明提供一种色氨酸和组氨酸跨链交互作用的β‑发卡抗菌肽及制备方法。抗菌肽WHFPG,其序列如SEQ ID No.1所示。制备方法利用β‑发卡结构的排布原则,以色氨酸和组氨酸的交互作用形成两条β‑侧链的相互吸引,以PG转角作为中心转角单元,得出稳定的β‑发卡两亲性抗菌肽模板XWYHYPGXWYHY‑NH2,X=R,Y=F。本抗菌肽在制备治疗革兰氏阳性菌或/和革兰氏阴性菌引起的感染性疾病药物中的应用。本抗菌在中性pH条件和酸性pH条件下都可以发挥作用,在酸性pH条件下可以更强有力的抑制革兰氏阴性菌,治疗指数达到211.68,具有更广泛的临床应用潜力。
