PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination device which effectively prevents an object having an imaging omission from passing through an inspection. A determination device includes a conveyor, a camera, and an image processing unit. The conveyor has a transport surface and transports a plurality of objects. The camera captures the imaging area each time each of the plurality of objects enters the imaging area. The image processing unit determines whether or not an imaging omission has occurred based on a plurality of image data sequentially input from the camera. At least one mark 12 is provided on the transport surface of the conveyor. The mark enters the imaging area together with the first object among the plurality of objects, and is imaged by the camera together with the first object. The image processing unit performs identification processing for identifying the mark for each of the plurality of image data. The image processing unit determines that an imaging omission has occurred when the mark pattern formed by arranging the results of the identification processing for a plurality of image data is different from the reference pattern.
