PURPOSE: An anchorage for orthodontic treatment is provided to maximize convenience and effectiveness of orthodontic treatment. CONSTITUTION: An anchorage for orthodontic treatment comprises an anchor body(100), a hanger part(110), a fixing hole(120), and a joint(130). The anchor body is formed in the shape of strap and is attached to jaw bone. The hanger part is formed on one side of the anchor body to support a pulling member like a rubber band or a spring. The fixing hole is formed between one end and the other end of the anchor body to be located between the hanger part and joint. The joint is formed in the other end of the anchor body to be attached to the jaw bone. Hydroxy apatite is coated on the back of the joint.본 발명은 식립못에 의한 악골과의 기계적 결합과 악골 표면 부착에 의한 화학적 결합에 의해 구강 내에 정착되는 치열교정용 고정원을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르면 잇몸 등 구강 내 연조직의 절개를 최소화하면서도 고정원의 견고한 정착력을 유지할 수 있고, 특히 상악골에 적용시 상악동벽의 나사결합에 의한 취약성을 해소할 수 있어, 교정치료의 편의성과 효율성이 극대화될 수 있다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 식립못과 부착에 의해 악골에 고정되도록 상기 식립못의 결합을 위한 고정홀(120)과 배면이 악골에 부착되는 접합부(130)를 갖는 앵커 몸체(100)와, 상기 앵커 몸체(100)의 일단부에 구비되는 걸이부(110)를 포함하여 구성되는 치열교정용 고정원(1)을 제공하며； 상기 접합부(130)는, 상기 악골에 부착되도록 상기 앵커 몸체(100)의 타단부에 구비되고； 상기 고정홀(120)은 상기 걸이부(110)와 상기 접합부(130) 사이에 위치되도록 상기 앵커 몸체(100)의 일단부와 타단부 사이에 형성된다.
